Description
This wine presents brooding bramble and prosciutto, complemented by notes of English Breakfast tea and all-spice. Offers flavors of dark ripe plum and luscious bing cherry, with chewy tannins that make it a great food pairing wine. The hillside vines, which receive lighter sun exposure and grow in tough soils, contribute to a fresh brightness that hums in the glass. The finish is long and satisfying, with notes of espresso and cacao nibs that linger on the palate
