Payment Methods
What payment looks like at checkout
Checkout is a single page: address, then payment, then confirmation. The payment methods available for your delivery address are listed there before you confirm, and any method shown is live for that order.
Methods offered
- Major credit and debit cards, processed by a third-party provider on its own hosted fields.
- Wallet and bank-based options where the provider supports them for the destination.
Card details never touch this site’s servers. The provider tokenizes the card number and returns only an authorisation result and the last four digits.
Authorisation, capture and failed payments
An order is authorised when you confirm it and captured when it is dispatched. If an authorisation is declined, the order stays unpaid and nothing is shipped. A pending authorisation that is never captured is released by your bank on its own schedule. If a payment fails after an order is placed, support will email a fresh payment link rather than retry the card silently.
What appears on your statement
Charges appear under the billing descriptor configured by the payment provider, which is confirmed by the operator of this store. If a charge is unrecognized, contact support before disputing it with the bank; most unrecognized charges are simply a descriptor that does not match the store name.
Currency and tax
All amounts are charged in US dollars, with sales tax itemized on the confirmation and the receipt. Your bank may apply a conversion fee if your account is held in another currency; that fee is set by the bank, not by us.
Refunds to a payment method
Refunds return to the same method used for the purchase. A refund cannot be redirected to a different card or account, and it cannot be paid in cash.
